Casting Shade

It’s that time again my creatives. Stephen and I are once again doing some international traveling.

Last time I focused on photography and tried out some oil pastels. I wasn’t to impressed with the oil pastels the 1st time I tried them in 1988 and much less May 2017 UK trip.

This time I’m taking charcoal pencils. I want to be able to sketch freely, quickly and focus on the movement of the subjects.

I look forward experiencing the North Sea again. Perhaps catching some of her waves in shades of charcoal.

I believe we’ll spend a few days in London and explore Natural History Museum London.

Bags are pack, passport in hand, backpack of artist supplies assembled …. Stephen has his 40 lb backpack of camera gear ready & were off.

Winter in the North Yorkshire Moors.
